Have you tried to google after sites that hosts websites for free? thats how i made this forum, getting a dedicated host can cost quite some money

Sooo, I got the site up..and so far all i've done isss the background and added videos plan on doing pictures later then there's a matter of her fav music....Q.Q I don't even know this stuff...gonna be hard to get it out of her without her figuring out what i'm doing owo anyone have any other ideas plz let me know

Wix is an extremely good website maker lolol. I played with it a few years ago.
