[PvP] Tournament 1.0

The tournament of February 18 has now been completed. The first tournament was fun and I've already taken notes of some improvements that can be made for the next one.

[Grand Prize Winner Reward]

This person may choose any character they wish or make a new one to recieve the reward.
The reward is I shall buy enough cash items (clothes, accessories, skill slot B etc.) for the character to be fully geared.

[Participant Rewards]

ALL participants will have a choice to receive any ONE item they want from the item mall.

Even though I didn't participate but instead acted as a Judge and Spectator, it was fun watching everyone.
Maybe I should participate the next time we have another PvP Tournament
